Cayden and Phillip shared something that few people could understand. They were two rare warriors navigating an ultra-rare disease, but their lives were never defined by their diagnosis.

They were best friends who lived life surrounded by love, laughter, family, and people who cherished every moment with them. Though both of their lives were far too short, the love they gave and the impact they made continues to reach far beyond the time they were here.

This September, we invite you to join us for Day of Hope and our 3rd Annual Lemonade for a Cure Fundraiser, created in their honor. 🍋

What began as a simple way to bring people together has become something much bigger: a chance to share their names, raise awareness for Sandhoff disease and other rare diseases, support the rare disease community, and help fund the research that brings families closer to answers and hope.

All funds raised through this campaign will support NTSAD and the research that is working toward a future with more answers, more treatment options, and ultimately more hope.

Every cup of lemonade represents something bigger than a fundraiser. It represents Cayden and Phillip who were deeply loved and a community coming together to say that rare should never mean forgotten.

Cayden and Phillip taught us that even the smallest lives can leave the biggest light behind. As long as we continue to speak their names, share their stories, and fight for the families who come after us, their light will never fade. ✨💙🍋
