Each fall, the NTSAD community gathers for our annual signature fundraiser, Imagine & Believe, to envision a world where there are effective treatments for Tay-Sachs, Canavan, GM1, and Sandhoff diseases.
At the event, NTSAD honors a person or group who has made a significant impact on the rare disease community. The evening includes a cocktail reception, silent auction, and inspiring speaking program.
