Variant (Mutation) Database

NTSAD’s Variant (Mutation) Database is a resource that can be used to learn more about Tay-Sachs, Canavan, GM1 gangliosidosis, and Sandhoff diseases and many of their associated pathogenic variants.

Off-Label Drug Information

Off-label drug use (OLDU) involves prescribing currently available and marketed medications for an indication or using a dosage or dosage form that have not been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
